These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of a conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Any activity carried out by a minor will be considered void, and the associated account will be closed immediately. Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the local laws of their country. vc33 accepts no liability for use of its services from any prohibited jurisdiction.
To register with vc33, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, current address, and an active mobile number. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all associated accounts along with any balances held therein will be forfeited. vc33 may request a copy of your National ID or other government-issued documents at any time to verify the information provided at registration. Opening an account with false information is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials, password, and PIN strictly confidential. You are personally liable for all activity carried out through your account, including potentially in cases of unauthorized access by a third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay. vc33 will never ask for your password by phone or email — treat any such request as suspicious.
All users of the vc33 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, software hacking, bot usage, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities. Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform — such as attempting to gain unfair advantages by logging in from multiple devices simultaneously — will result in an immediate ban. Harassment of other users, use of offensive language, or conducting any illegal activity through the platform is strictly forbidden. vc33's intellectual property, logos, trademarks, and any other content may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
All betting must adhere to fair play principles. If collusion or any other form of foul play is proven against an account to the detriment of other players, vc33 reserves the right to void all related transactions. Any promotional offer published on the platform is subject to its own specific terms, which are to be read in conjunction with these General Terms & Conditions. vc33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while investigating any suspicious activity.
All financial transactions on vc33 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other recognized mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Identity verification must be completed before any deposit request is processed. For withdrawals, the name on the registered account must match the name on the mobile banking account; any mismatch will result in the withdrawal being held pending further verification. If money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity is suspected, vc33 reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds until the investigation is concluded.
Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus or promotional funds can be withdrawn; full details are listed on the relevant offer page. If a deposit does not reflect in your account due to a technical error, contact the support team immediately with the transaction reference number. vc33 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or mobile banking providers' own processes, but will assist in resolving such issues as promptly as possible. Records of all transactions are securely stored on vc33's servers and may be used for dispute resolution when required.
While vc33 strives to keep the platform running as smoothly as possible, vc33 shall not be liable for any temporary disruptions caused by technical faults, internet outages, third-party service failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a technical error causes discrepancies in odds, results, or information displayed on the platform, vc33 reserves the right to review or void the affected transactions. vc33 is not obligated to provide compensation for losses resulting from a user's own connectivity issues or device malfunctions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, vc33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Accounts may be suspended or closed at the user's request or at vc33's sole discretion. Under the self-exclusion program, users may apply to temporarily or permanently close their own account. If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vc33 will assess the circumstances before deciding whether to refund any un-bonused principal balance. To appeal a closed account, users must contact the support team and submit the relevant documentation.
All content, logos, designs, software, graphics, and databases on the vc33 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of vc33. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any part of this content without written permission is a punishable offence. If a user uploads or shares any content on our platform, vc33 shall be deemed to have automatically received a non-exclusive license to use that content. We reserve the right to take legal action against any third party that uses vc33's trademarks or brand name in a manner likely to cause confusion.
Our platform may feature references to third-party games or services; those third parties' own terms and privacy policies will apply, and vc33 accepts no responsibility for their actions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. vc33 reviews these Terms periodically, and users will be notified of any changes via a notice on the platform.
